Looking at his eyes, I'd say smoking or possession of marijuana; possibly DUI. And yes, he has hot potential, but entirely too young for me!

Definitely hot for sure…..Do not think it was for drugs…..More likely for sex with a minor–a female, not a male…and no doubt she enjoyed it, but got caught.

Unless he was found with massive amounts and/or intent to sell, it seems to me wasted time on the part of the police and an unnecessary stain on his record. There is MUCH WORSE going on out there than a cute guy getting baked.

Yes, it was marijuana possession, which I also believe that law enforcement should focus more on much worse problems than some pot smoking. People drink alcohol and smoke tobacco all the time (not that I can judge about that either) but both have more detrimental effects. BTW, even if he is too young for most of us, he is still pretty damn cute.
