Headache

Right after supper last night, I came down with a major migraine. I took some Tylenol and watched Jeopardy but nothing seemed to help. So I took my stronger medication and went to bed. I’d really wanted to see another episode of Altered Carbon.

I began my life in the South and for five years lived as a closeted teacher, but am now making a new life for myself as an oral historian in New England. I think my life will work out the way it was always meant to be. That doesn't mean there won't be ups and downs; that's all part of life. It means I just have to be patient. What a hot ass. Yummers.

I sincerely hope you feel better. I have had some “near-migraines” when I experienced the sensitivity to light and noise plus the pressure but nothing close to what you’ve suffered. I suppose rest is the best thing for it.
