I love these pics. I love the pants, belt and shirt, not to mention the guy wearing them, or sort of wearing them in the case of the shirt. Seriously, that body is amazing. I find the pics so sexy. I just wish you could see all of his face, because this guy does have a nice face (though I can’t remember the model’s name, so I couldn’t use a face pic to prove it.
A job update: I did not get the Chicago job. They wrote me yesterday afternoon to tell me they “regret to inform you that you have not been selected” for the position.
I began my life in the South and for five years lived as a closeted teacher, but am now making a new life for myself as an oral historian in New England. I think my life will work out the way it was always meant to be. That doesn't mean there won't be ups and downs; that's all part of life. It means I just have to be patient. I feel like October 7, 2015 is my new birthday. It's a beginning filled with great hope. It's a second chance to live my life…not anyone else's.
My profile picture is "David and Me," 2001 painting by artist Steve Walker. It happens to be one of my favorite modern gay art pieces.

Sorry to hear about the position not working out. Same here! Way too many rejections for all the supposed “we need help” job posting. Hoping we both land something spectacular where our boss or coworker is gay and looks like him!
As long as you want something better just keep at it. Statistically, the large majority of attempts do not work out, but all it takes is one to say “Congratulations. You start next week.” The more times you try the greater are the chances for success.

Sorry to hear this. You’re in a great place. Don’t be too eager to leave.

I know that this hurts, but you will find something else. Keep looking. You possess great skills, intelligence, and a caring personality.
