Moment of Zen: My Morning Tea

I rarely drink coffee when I first wake up in the morning, but I love a good hot cup of tea. I usually drink English Breakfast Tea.

I began my life in the South and for five years lived as a closeted teacher, but am now making a new life for myself as an oral historian in New England. I think my life will work out the way it was always meant to be. That doesn't mean there won't be ups and downs; that's all part of life. It means I just have to be patient.   Have you ever heard of Builder’s Tea. I find it is fabulous.

    I haven’t, but I looked it up. I’ll have to give it a try. I usually drink Tazo’s Awake English Breakfast Tea. I always stir in some sugar, but never add milk. When I drink coffee, I add both cream and sugar.

      Try this with some sugar . I drink this hot and I AM from the South, so I, also, drink it as Iced Tea. I love the almount of caffeine in this variety of British Tea.
      ***But….the tag line on the box is AWESOME-” The British Empire Was Not Built On Chamomile!”

      I am so happy you found some Builder’s Tea. I, apparently, have an addictive personality, because I crave it when I don’t have any near me. Sounds funny, but that citrus, floral taste is AWESOME to me!!!!
      Like the nectar from a honeysuckle flower.
      Oh, Gawd!!! The heat has gotten to me!!!

      It came in the mail the other day from Amazon. I just got around to trying it today, and I think I’ve drank at least four cups throughout the day. LOL. This tea is addictive. It’s milder than the Awake tea I often drink, but you’re right, the citrus, floral is awesome. Thank you so much for recommending it. It may be my new favorite.
