About Joe

I began my life in the South and for five years lived as a closeted teacher, but am now making a new life for myself as an oral historian in New England. I think my life will work out the way it was always meant to be. That doesn't mean there won't be ups and downs; that's all part of life. It means I just have to be patient. I feel like October 7, 2015 is my new birthday. It's a beginning filled with great hope. It's a second chance to live my life…not anyone else's.   Damn, he’s wearing my shorts. That’s exactly how I’ve been dressed all day today–trying to deal with the forest fire smoke and the almost 100 degree temperatures.

    I’ve been in shorts all day today too, but our high today has been 67. Tomorrow we’re supposed to be back up to 80 degrees, but mostly our highs will be in the low 70s this week. One of the reasons I love Vermont.

    I haven’t worn anything most of the day as I usually do, with the exception for going shopping. Most people are not as enthused about nudity as I am.

      I am very enthused about nudity. I told our realtor that I was a card-carrying nudist and wanted a home where I could enjoy my coffee on the deck without scaring the neighbors. She found us the perfect, isolated, location. And I did spend a bit of time today outside sky-clad, as they say. But when I was wearing anything, it was blue athletic shorts just like the model. 😉
