Pic of the Day

About Joe

I began my life in the South and for five years lived as a closeted teacher, but am now making a new life for myself as an oral historian in New England. I think my life will work out the way it was always meant to be. That doesn't mean there won't be ups and downs; that's all part of life. It means I just have to be patient. I feel like October 7, 2015 is my new birthday. It's a beginning filled with great hope. It's a second chance to live my life…not anyone else's. My profile picture is "David and Me," 2001 painting by artist Steve Walker. It happens to be one of my favorite modern gay art pieces. View all posts by Joe

Hi Joe, I hope this reaches you (The Closet Professor). I’m a recently retired college history instructor but most of my years were at the middle school level. I retired this past May and had planned to travel but COVID has continued to make that hard to do. So while I was waiting I made a Twitter account trying to help identify erotic b&w photos shared around the internet but not crediting the photographer. It has been a fun project. I’m trying to trace down a b&w pic of a young man with a rainbow flag over his shoulder. It appears it was on your site as maybe a picture of the day. Do you have any idea who the photographer may be? My Twitter profile is @Dennis32930041 check it out if you have time. Hope you are enjoying teaching. Dennis
