Last night, I had a bit of a sinus headache, so I took some NyQuil to help me sleep and to take care of the headache and sinus problems. It worked, but I slept nearly all day. Now I have the Blahs, I don’t feel like putting together a post, so this is all there will be today. I had a post in mind, but I will do that one for tomorrow.

Something must have been going around, I felt like warmed over poo all day yesterday, and not much better today. And I know about the Nyquil – my knockout drug of choice is Tylenol PM – good for at least 10 hours of sleep!Hope you're feeling better!Peace <3Jay

Thanks everyone. I am feeling better, I think it mostly has to do with the weather that we are experiencing not only here, but across the country.
